#HUMANFAIRITY untersucht künstlerische Absichten, Inspirationen, nachhaltiges Denken und die fairen Bedingungen der deutschen Szene für Kunst im öffentlichen Raum.
Als Akteur im kulturellen Bereich tätig zu sein bedeutet nicht direkt etwas Gutes für seine Umwelt und die Menschheit zu tun. Aber wie integriert man nachhaltiges Denken und Handeln in die tägliche Arbeit? Und was bedeutet faires Handeln in einem Organisations- und Kulturgenre?
Nachhaltigkeit und soziales Engagement ist für mich kein aktueller Trend. Denn grundlegend geht es doch um den Menschen und unsere Umweltsituation.
Es ist wichtig profitabel und kreativ zu arbeiten. Doch das schließt ein gesundes Umdenken in der momentanen kulturellen Situation und ein Respekt gegenüber allen Beteiligten doch nicht aus. Zugleich ein Benefiz für #humanfairity zu leisten stärkt das Genre und unterstützt soziale Prozesse.
Gemeinsam mit Kollegen erarbeite ich deshalb #humanfairity Aspekte und Richtlinien für einen Arbeitsstandard um den künstlerischen Leistungszyklus zu verbessern.
Was bedeutet es bis dato für mich persönlich?
Da sich die Recherche und Untersuchung möglicher #humanfairity Aspekte noch in Bearbeitung befinden, reinvestieren ich erst mal einen Teil meiner Gewinne in soziale und nachhaltige Projekte. Meine Kooperationspartner und Kunden haben aktiv die Wahl, in welches Projekt ihr Geld fließt.

To be an actor in cultural sphere means not directly you do something good for your environment and the humanity.
But how to integrate sustainable thinking into our daily work and what means 'fair' acting that for the organisation- and cultural genre?
Sustainability and social commitment is not a current trend for me. Everything around us is about humanity and our environment.
A rethinking and respect for everyone involved would helping the whole scene.
It is crucial to continue working profitable and creative. But that doesn't exclude a rethinking in the current situation and respect for all those involved. To support at the same time #humanfairity aspects strengthens the genre and social processes.
Together with workmates and friends, I am working to improve #humanfairity aspects for a working standard in the artistic performance cycle.
What does it mean to me so far?
I re-invest from each income a part into a social and sustainable project. My co-operation partners and clients have the choice in which project the donation is going to.
